Applications are currently open for the 2026 Hardin County Junior Fair Board. We are seeking hard-working leaders to help us plan and facilitate the fair!

Who can apply? Anyone currently in 8th, 9th, 10th, or 11th grade AND involved in at least one of these youth organizations: 4-H, FFA, FCCLA, High School Art, Youth Grange, Boy Scouts, or Girl Scouts.

I served on JFB in 2025, do I need to apply again? YES. Anyone interested in serving on the board for 2026 must complete the application, even if they already served on the board in the past.
- What is the application timeline?
- Applications are due on December 19.

All applicants will receive a link on December 22 to sign up for an interview time.

Interviews will be held January 11 and 13.

Selections will be announced no later than February 1.

When does Junior Fair Board Meet? We will meet once a month from February - August, except in May. We also ask all members to participate in the Consignment sale in March and several fair workdays throughout the summer. A full schedule will be provided at the first meeting on February 22, 2026.
