
Kelsey is an office associate for the Ohio State Extension Office. She grew up in Hardin County, in Kenton and is a 2009 graduate of Kenton High School. She was a 10 year member of the Hardin County 4-H program. After high school, Kelsey went on to receive a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University in Speech-Language Pathology in 2013 and later a Master's degree in Special Education from Ball State University in 2018. She taught special education for almost 10 years in the greater Findlay area. After moving back to the community, she decided to volunteer with her childhood club, Town and Country Creators and serve on 4-H Council. Her love of 4-H and other extension programs has now led her to a position with the Extension Office in Hardin County where she is able to help the communitty she loves.
