The OSU Extension Master Gardener Volunteer program will continue their annual summer workshop series on Tuesday, July 21 at 6:00 p.m. at the Friendship Gardens, located at 960 W. Kohler St. in Kenton.
The topic will be on native plants and answer commonly asked questions:
- What are native plants?
- Species of native plants.
- Why are they important?
- When should they be planted?
- How do I incorporate them into my own landscape?
The final workshop in this series will be held August 18 on Companion Planting, at 6:00 p.m. at the Friendship Gardens.
