The Hardin County Homemakers will be holding their annual Christmas program on December 5, 2023. The program will be held at the Epworth Community Church, 457 S. Detroit St., Kenton with option of lunch provided. Lunch will include chicken casserole, greenbeans, red hot jello salad, roll and cookies. Sign in time will be from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. with the program to follow. This year's theme will be "Colors and Symbols of Christmas." Included in the program will be All About The Colors of Christmas, presented by the Homemakers, Oh, What Fun It Is - Playing Your Way Through the Holidays - Jennifer Little, Hancock County Family and Consumer Science Educator, and Piano Selections by Montgomer Moore. Moore is currently a private student of Dr. Laura Melton at Bowling Green State University. Over the years, Montgomery has participated in numerous piano competitions and festivals and has received many honors. Following the lunch, Jami Dellifield, Hardin County Family and Consumer Science Educator will speak about the Colors and Symbols of Christmas. The day will conclude with decorating of Christmas ornaments led by the Christmas program committee and door prizes. The program and lunch will be $10.00, or if only attending the program, the fee is $5.00. Reservations are due by Novemember 28, and can be made by calling 937.464.5691 All are welcome to attend.
