At the free 4R Technology Review Field Day, retailers, farmers and other interested parties will hear from experts and see field demonstrations focused on strengthening the industry’s commitment to improving the quality of Ohio’s waterways.  The free field day event will take place on July 17, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.  There will be an hour lunch break.  The event will take place at the Blanchard River Demonstration Farm Network - Kellogg Farm in Hardin County located at 17392 Township Road 50, Forest, Ohio 45843.

The day features presentations by Dr. Steve Culman, Ohio State University; Glen Arnold, OSU Extension; Dr. Elizabeth Dayton, Ohio State University; and Lindsay Pease, USDA-ARS; as well as a panel of Blanchard River Demonstration Network farmers.  Field demonstrations include ETS, Harvest International and John Deere.  The event will feature technology and field demonstrations.  Continuing Education Credits will be available for Certified Crop Advisers in attendance.

The Ohio AgriBusiness Association is partnering with Ohio Farm Bureau, Ohio Corn and Wheat Growers Association, Ohio Soybean Council, Environmental Tillage Systems, The Fertilizer Institute, The Mosaic Company and other industry leaders to host the 4R Technology Review Field Day to strengthen the industry’s commitment to improving water quality of Ohio's waterways.  Go to www.oaba.net to see the agenda and register for this local field day.
