The OSU Extension Master Gardener Volunteer program will host the final meeting of their annual summer workshop series on Tuesday, August 18 at 6:00 p.m. at the Friendship Gardens, located at 960 W. Kohler St. in Kenton.

The topic for this workshop is all about companion planting which is "...a great way to use space efficiently in the garden, plant your vegetables and flowers in mutually beneficial arrangements,
and even protect your most prized plants from insects." (University of Minnesota Extension)

This program will be taught by one of the Master Gardener Volunteers.
