Life Skills project judging is July 14, 2026 from 12:30 to 6:00 p.m.
Please note that the location has changed for 2026. Judging will be held at the Forbing Community Center, 122 N. Main St. in Kenton.
Please sign up for ONE appointment for each project. If you are not sure which judge to select, a list of projects for each judge is provided at each link. Double check that your project is listed before you select an appointment.
Life Skills Project Judging Appointments:
Livestock interview judging is August 11 2026, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Hardin County Fairgrounds Community Building.
Judging is required for all 4-H member who want to show/exhibit at the Hardin County Fair. You need to sign up for ONE appointment per species. For example - if you are taking Market Rabbit and Breeding Rabbit projects, you will need ONE appointment with the Rabbit Judge. If you are taking Market Rabbit and Market Chickens, you will need TWO appointments - one with the rabbit judge and one with the poultry judge.
Those who cannot attend judging on July 14 or August 11 can make an appointment for LATE JUDGING, which is by appointment only August 18 - 20. Appointments are first come first served. Late appointments are ineligible for awards. All projects must be judged in order to be displayed or to show at the Hardin County Fair.
