Rules for application:

• All royalty contestants must be taking 4-H projects 228BR- Rabbit Breeding and/or 228MA- Market Rabbit or the FFA equivalent and MUST have rabbits entered in the Junior Fair show at the Hardin County Fair.
• All applications must be received by 4:30 p.m. on August 9, 2024.
• Please answer all questions to the best of your ability and in your own words.
• If you earn a royalty title you are not eligible to win the following year unless no one else is competing for that title.
• Ages of eligibility:
  • King: Ages 15-19
  • Queen: Ages 15-19
  • Prince: Ages 10-14
  • Princess: Ages 10-14

Required fair attendance for royalty:

• Set up on Saturday before fair and tear down the last night of fair.
• Be present at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the grandstand for the presentation of royalty.
• Be present at the Junior Fair rabbit show starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday until the end of the show.
• Be present on Saturday at the livestock auction while the rabbits are selling.
• Be a positive presence & representative of the Rabbit Department at the fair.
