    Description: Monthly round table discussion of county agricultural issues and events. Each participant will be encouraged to report on issues concerning farms in their neighborhood or events happening in the county. Each month the Extension Educator will share a timely topic with the group. Breakfast is available as an option at your own cost. No registration is required.

    Beef Quality Assurance training is for beef cattle producers, needing to recertify or certify to sell cattle at auctions and other markets. Training enhances herd profitability through better management. Register to attend at https://go.osu.edu/HardinBQA or call the Hardin County OSU Extension office. There is no cost to attend this local certification training program.

    Mandatory Vaccination at the fairgrounds from 8:00 - 10:30.  (weigh-in will be optional, but vaccination is REQUIRED).

    All members must register their dairy beef feeders for the Hardin County Jr. Fair by May 15 at 11:59 p.m.  

  9. May. 14, 2022 10:00am to 12:00pm

    In addition to plants and garden items supplied by the Hardin County OSU Extension Master Gardener  Volunteers, there will also be the Hardin County Men’s Garden Club and vendor Star Farms Native  Plants at this annual event with plants for sale. In the past, the public has been able to find a  wide choice of their favorite flowers, bedding plants, roses, herbs, trees and various other potted  plants at this event.
