  3. Fertilizer Applicator Class

    Jan. 29, 2026 12:00pm to 3:00pm

    This class will allow anyone wishing to become a certified fertilizer applicator to meet the requirements for applying for a fertilizer license through the Ohio Department of Agriculture.

    The cost of the class is $30.00. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Checks should be made out to OSU Extension Hardin County. Payment can be made on the day of the program or ahead of time by dropping it off at the OSU Extension Hardin County office or mailing it to: OSU Extension Hardin County, Attn: Nic Baumer, 1021 West Lima Street, Suite 103, Kenton, OH 43326.

  4. Private Pesticide Applicator Preparation Class

    Jan. 29, 2026 4:00pm to 7:00pm

    This class will help prepare anyone to take take the exams to obtain a private pesticide license through the Ohio Department of Agriculture.

  5. Hardin County Agronomy Night

    Feb. 03, 2026 6:30pm to 7:30pm

    Join us at the office on February 3 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. for Hardin County Agronomy Night. The subject is tar spot. Attend this free event to learn more about tar spot, get new resources, and ask questions. Drinks and snacks will be provided.
