Leadership

In 1993, The Hardin Leadership program was developed as part of the Business and Education Together Council's strategic plan. Hardin Leadership is committed to developing positive leaders within Hardin County through providing personal enrichment, expanding community networks, and recognizing future leaders.

  • Hardin Leadership II

Hardin Leadership II was developed as a hands-on concept and is open only to individuals who have already been through a county-state sponsored Leadership program. The inspiration for this program came as a challenge to take what has been learned and move it one step further by bringing together individuals who want to share their time and combined talents and resources to benefit the community.

Sponsored by the Hardin County BET Council under the leadership of the Hardin County OSU Extension, this select group of Hardin County high school sophomores are trained in leadership skills.
